MoMoMandu (“we,” “us,” or “our”) is operated by Yarmala Inc. MoMoMandu operates an SMS-based location subscription service that sends text message notifications, alerts, and updates to subscribers who have opted in to receive messages from MoMoMandu via text/SMS.

2. Eligibility

To participate in the MoMoMandu SMS subscription campaign, you must:

• Be a resident of the United States (or applicable country)
• Be at least 18 years of age or older
• Own or have authorized use of the mobile device and number used to subscribe
• Have a mobile device capable of receiving SMS messages

3. How to Opt-In

You may opt in by submitting your phone number through our website and checking the consent checkbox that clearly authorizes MoMoMandu to send SMS messages.

10. Prohibited Use

You agree NOT to:

• Provide a mobile number that is not your own
• Use the SMS service for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the SMS service

11. Modification of Terms

MoMoMandu reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued participation in the SMS campaign after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify subscribers of significant changes via SMS or on our website.

12. Termination

MoMoMandu reserves the right to terminate or suspend your SMS subscription at any time, without notice, for any reason including violation of these Terms and Conditions.

13. Disclaimer of Warranties

The MoMoMandu SMS service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that messages will be delivered without delay or error.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MoMoMandu shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the SMS service.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
